1. Scope of Service

DeskAlign operates as a B2B enterprise compliance platform. The platform generates skeletal alignment engineering controls based on the CSA Z412:24 and BIFMA G1-2013 standards. These outputs are for general structural alignment and do not constitute formal medical diagnoses or treatment plans.

2. Audit Token Procurement

Compliance Audit Tokens are procured on a volumetric basis. Tokens are non-refundable once distributed to end-users. Access to the Corporate Portal and its aggregated risk tracking is contingent upon active token procurement or a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA).

3. Limitation of Liability

DeskAlign provides prescriptive metrics to mitigate musculoskeletal injury (MSI) risks. We do not guarantee zero-injury outcomes or absolute WSIB rebate capture, as final audits and employee compliance with prescribed engineering controls remain external variables.
